Primary- The Monster Who Ate My Peas Elementary— Say What? Middle School— Eragon High School— The Year of Secret Assignments 50,452 students from the jurisdictions belonging to the Greater Washington Reading Council participated in the 2005-2006 Virginia Readers’ Choice this year. These results came from a total of 186 public schools, 4 independent schools and 2 public libraries in the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park, as well as the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun and Prince William. Congratulations to all of the librarians, reading teachers and classroom teachers who read, encouraged and provided the resources for these 50,452 students who voted.
